Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) applies to access to and use of TrustPin, including its dashboard, APIs, SDKs, configuration-delivery services, documentation, support services, and related features (the “Service”).

TrustPin is operated by Capa7 LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Capa7”, “TrustPin”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This AUP forms part of the agreement governing your use of the Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in that agreement.

1. Prohibited use

You must not use, access, or enable the Service to:

• violate applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party rights;
• distribute malware, malicious code, fraudulent content, phishing material, or harmful configuration;
• facilitate unauthorized interception, surveillance, credential theft, account takeover, fraud, or circumvention of security controls;
• attack, probe, scan, disrupt, overload, degrade, or attempt to bypass the security, integrity, availability, authentication, authorization, rate limits, metering, or access controls of the Service or any third-party system;
• obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, credentials, certificates, private keys, signing material, configuration, infrastructure, or data;
• interfere with other customers, users, networks, cloud providers, CDNs, or infrastructure used by TrustPin;
• upload, transmit, or submit content or data that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you are not authorized to provide;
• submit special-category or highly sensitive personal data unless Capa7 has expressly agreed in writing and appropriate safeguards have been documented;
• circumvent plan limits, usage restrictions, request metering, billing controls, or technical safeguards;
• resell, sublicense, white-label, or provide the Service as a standalone offering without Capa7’s prior written authorization;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code, except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
• use modified, obsolete, unsupported, or unauthorized SDK versions in a manner that threatens the security, stability, or integrity of the Service;
• use the Service in high-risk systems where failure could reasonably be expected to cause death, personal injury, or severe physical, environmental, or infrastructure damage (including life-support, medical-device, emergency-response, aviation, nuclear, or autonomous-vehicle systems) unless Capa7 has expressly approved that use in writing.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• all activity performed through your accounts, credentials, projects, and integrations;
• protecting API tokens, credentials, signing keys, certificates, pin sets, and recovery mechanisms;
• validating certificate or public-key pins, maintaining backup pins and rotation plans, and testing integrations before production use;
• using supported SDK versions and following TrustPin documentation;
• ensuring that your application, DNS, CDN, caching, networking, and infrastructure configuration is secure and lawful;
• obtaining all rights, notices, permissions, and lawful bases needed for data or materials you provide to Capa7.

4. Monitoring and enforcement

Capa7 may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may preserve or disclose relevant information where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, or enforce its agreements.

Where reasonably practicable, Capa7 will seek to limit enforcement to the affected account, project, feature, integration, or activity. Depending on the seriousness and urgency of the issue, Capa7 may:

• request corrective action;
• restrict or rate-limit activity;
• suspend access in whole or in part;
• remove or disable affected content or configuration;
• terminate the affected Service or agreement;
• report unlawful conduct to competent authorities.

Capa7 may take immediate action without prior notice where necessary to address an urgent security threat, prevent harm, comply with law, protect other customers or providers, or preserve service availability.

Please provide enough detail for us to assess the issue without including unnecessary sensitive data.

6. Changes to this AUP

Capa7 may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes affecting paid customers will be notified in accordance with the applicable agreement. Urgent changes required for security, legal compliance, or prevention of harm may take effect immediately.
